SEPTA Monthly Meeting
Date: 3/20/25
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm EST
Description: LiveWellEd is excited to be collaborating with SEPTA again! At LiveWellEd, we believe that child well-being starts with adult well-being. Join us for a rejuvenating self-care workshop designed for parents of students with disabilities. This session will explore what we call "surface self care" and "deep self care" to help better understand our stressors, regulate our emotions, and expand our window of tolerance in times of stress. Through journaling, guided reflection, and some shared breathwork, we hope to support adult well being and build our wellness toolkit, prioritizing connection along the way. Bring a journal, your comfy clothes and let's recharge together.
