Angie is a passionate coach and educator based in Washington, DC, dedicated to empowering students, families, and educators to thrive by unlocking their full potential and overcoming challenges together. She has played a key role in contributing to Washington, DC's social and emotional learning standards, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to succeed. With a deep expertise in educational neuroscience, Angie specializes in understanding the "why" behind behaviors and how to use that knowledge to create tailored, strength-based approaches for each learner. Her coaching empowers educators and families to recognize the unique potential in every child, fostering resilience and growth. Angie is passionate about equipping others to support students in a way that honors their individuality while promoting emotional well-being and academic success, all while reducing adult stress along the way.

Nicole Keler is a dedicated special education leader in Washington, DC, with a focus on supporting families of students with diverse learning needs. Currently a Specialist on the School Equity and Effectiveness team at the D.C. Public Charter School Board, Nicole began her career as a special education before moving into school administration. She is passionate about fostering strong home-school partnerships to ensure successful student outcomes. Nicole works closely with families throughout the special education process, creating systems to ensure collaboration and support for every learner.
